We currently have two opportunities available for experienced Business Systems Analysts to join us initially on 18-month contracts with the possibility that the positions may become permanent.

You will be responsible for supporting sustained and effective change across the Group through the thorough analysis of both the current and desired future state, developing appropriately action plans and strategies to deliver this.  Maximising the use of existing IT platforms as well as supporting the introduction of new systems and ways of working, you will act as the liaison between IT, external stakeholders, suppliers and the user community to ensure that change is delivered as effectively as possible and anticipated outcomes are realised.

Successful delivery of change will require appropriate understanding of the business priorities and the ability to influence an approach to meet strategic priorities.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a proven ability to challenge current thinking and introduce new ideas or approaches and identify and lead activities necessary to improve business outcomes.  With strong questioning and analytical skills in order to get to the core of the requirement, you must be able to translate desired outcomes into specific requirements for both technical and non-technical staff and document all necessary processes, guidance and support details to suit all user groups.

A detailed understanding and familiarity with data analysis and cleansing tools is essential and you will ideally hold a BCS Practitioner Level in Business Analysis, a recognised equivalent or suitable practical experience.
