As a Caretaker, you’ll be the friendly face of One Manchester for the people in our communities.
You’ll be supporting the effective and proactive delivery of the facilities service that One Manchester provides to its customers. You’ll provide an effective, responsive and proactive caretaking and cleaning service and contribute to the security and well-being of residents and the maintenance of our properties by being a reassuring presence and acting as a first point of contact for our tenants.
We’re looking for someone with experience and commitment to providing good quality customer service, with a knowledge of relevant Health & Safety procedures and COSHH regulations. You’ll need to be able to carry out property maintenance and minor building maintenance work. You’ll also need basic IT skills including word and email.
You’ll be dealing with customers face-to-face, so you’ll need to have a great level of customer service and a positive approach to your work. You’ll be out and about within our communities, so you’ll need to be self-sufficient, possess a full UK driving licence and be able to work independently and flexibly.
