An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Growth and Development team for Commercial & Leasehold Property Officer. The posts offer a great opportunity to assist us in delivering our ambitious growth plans.

You’ll assist our Commercial Manager in the successful delivery of letting, sales and management services of PRS, Leasehold and homeownership tenures including shared ownership and rent to buy.  We’re looking for a team player who can deliver an excellent service to our customers, including the management of residential lease terms in line with our obligations, regulation and best practice. You’ll also play a key role in the day-to-day management of our market rent, rent to buy and shared ownership properties as well as leasehold blocks including the management of service charges.

You’ll help with sales and lettings, property management and managing our external agents and partners to achieve sales and lettings targets. You’ll take responsibility for maintaining our marketing database and updating our systems with property and tenancy information.

Applicants will be self-motivated and have a strong commitment to customer care and delivering high quality, customer-focused, business-driven services to One Manchester’s homeowners and leaseholders. Some knowledge of shared ownership sales, affordable home ownership and leasehold management will be helpful but most important will be possessing excellent communication skills to be able to build rapport with colleagues and customers, data analysis, problem solving and numerical skills to help ensure our projects are managed to meet financial and service targets.
