Join us as a Customer Service Adviser to help solve queries and issues for our customers in a supportive and friendly team.

In this role, you’ll manage all kinds of telephone enquiries – from repairs, rents and rehousing, to anti-social behaviour and tenancy management. And you’ll see each case through from start to finish, working with colleagues in other departments to get things done. We aim to get things right first time as often as possible and trust you to provide a first-class service for our customers.

We’re looking for someone who has worked with customers before, with the skills to handle enquiries sensitively, efficiently and effectively. You’ll take ownership of cases and take pride in helping improve the quality of people’s lives and the places where they live.

Please note our contact centre is open Monday – Friday 8am to 5.30pm and you will need to be able to work flexibly to provide cover between these times.
