Our construction/maintenance arm is growing with a pipeline of secure projects. We build, Refurbish, maintain, manage and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our electrical team and have the opportunity available for an Electrical Supervisor to join us to support our Fixed Wire Testing team that delivers our annual fixed wire testing programme, carrying out EICR testing and remedial works required in both domestic properties and communal areas to the Stockport Homes property portfolio.

Joining Three Sixty as an Electrical Supervisor, you will support the Electrical Trade Manager, ensuring compliance is achieved in relation to BS7671 and NICEIC guidelines, whilst working collaboratively with operations and project teams, making sure project site are satisfied.

Providing technical support to our Electricians out on the field daily, you will deliver both physical and desk-based duties, along with providing cover in the absence of the Electrical Trade Manager across our projects.

Reviewing contract documents and participating in the development of operational plans, you will identify and correct non-confirming conditions and deficiencies when materials or products do not meet the required specifications, coupled with designing electrical installation upgrades to meet current standards.

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold latest Edition of the IEE regulations, including amendments, City & Guilds / NVQ3 or equivalent in electrical installations, City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent in inspection and testing and City & Guilds 2399 (or equivalent) in solar PV installation and testing. With the ability to demonstrate experience of manual delivery of electrical installations, you will hold good Health and Safety knowledge, with excellent communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal.

The role will include for the candidate to be assessed annually by the NICEIC.

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is essential.
