Our construction/maintenance arm is growing with a pipeline of secure projects. We build, Refurbish, maintain, manage and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our Electrical Team and have the four opportunities available for Electricians to join our Fixed Wire Testing Team to carryout EICR testing and remedial works required in both domestic properties and communal areas to the Stockport Homes property portfolio.
The role includes the provision of a company van, tablet, telephone, testing equipment and power tools required in relation to the role, all for business use only.
Joining Three Sixty as an Electrician you will undertake electrical works to domestic properties and commercial buildings, carrying out electrical repair works and rectifying any electrical faults to power circuits, lighting circuits, cabling, fixed wire testing and remedial works, all to customer standards, whilst upholding safety guidelines and complying with current codes and regulations, in line with the current edition of BS7671 and NICEIC guidelines.
You will liaise with both clients and customers, you will undertake fault diagnosis and reports for mainly domestic properties with the possibility of some schools, commercial buildings and educational establishments, managing your own workload, whilst adhering to relevant Health and Safety legislation.
Reviewing contract documents and participating in the development of operational plans, you will identify and correct non-confirming conditions and deficiencies when materials or products do not meet the required specifications to meet current standards.
To be successful in this role, candidates must hold latest Edition of the IEE regulations, including amendments, City & Guilds / NVQ3 or equivalent in electrical installations, City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent in inspection and testing. With excellent customer service skills, representing Three Sixty, you will hold good Health and Safety knowledge, with excellent communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal.
Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving licence is essential.
