Joining as an Income Coordinator, you will support the organisation to maximise income collection from a wide variety of customers.

Ensuring that accounts are raised, invoices produced and debtors contacted promptly to minimise debts, you will provide an effective administrative function to the wider Customer Finance team in order to help facilitate the collection of rents and service charges from tenants; ensuring that all accounts are invoiced promptly and payment agreements negotiated.

Accountable for a variety of income streams, including: former tenant rent, rechargeable repairs and court costs accounts, you must ensure that any arrears are recovered quickly and efficiently, and that collection and activity targets are met for income collection/arrears levels and individual outputs (e.g. cash collection, telephone calls, visits etc.).

To be successful in this role, candidates must have an excellent standard of numeracy and literacy skills and a strong work ethic.  Capable of using a wide range of computer software and of managing and prioritising your own workload, you must be comfortable working effectively in various locations e.g. Head Office, community care, own home.
