One Manchester is an innovative provider of housing and community services. Formed in April 2015 from a historic merger between two of Manchester’s largest housing associations – City South and Eastlands Homes. In the subsequent two years the Group has achieved its initial merger aspirations and is now extending and expanding (doubling) its new homes programme across a range of tenures and locations. It currently owns and manages more than 12,000 homes in central, south and east Manchester.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Repairs team for a multi skilled Plasterer who will undertake the full range of repairs and maintenance services on all One Manchester`s owned and managed properties and for external clients.

You will take responsibity for ensuring the service is delivered in a timely and efficient way ensuring high quality standards of workmanship and performance.

Applicants should have completed a recognised apprenticeship and be appropriately qualified and have experience of working within a customer facing environment.

You will have a sound working knowledge of Health and Safety within the construction industry and possess a full UK driving licence.
