Our construction arm is growing with a pipeline of construction projects. We build, Refurbish, maintain, manage and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team and have the opportunity available for a Projects Manager to join our team.

Joining Three Sixty as a Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of multiple contracts, projects and small works from inception to completion.

You will ensure that contracts are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard, whilst developing excellent relationships with the site team, clients, and stake holders, keeping project direction, focus and consistency across each project.

Handling the effective and efficient utilisation of all available resources for the contracts including labour, materials, plants and vehicles, you will be the key point of contact and will ensure appropriate method statements and risk assessments are in place and all work is carried out in accordance with current health and safety legislation.

Managing multiple large-scale projects, the successful candidate will have experience of overseeing projects within the housing sector, holding a NVQ Level 5 as a minimum in construction management and will hold aa CSCS manager’s black card and SMTS. Resilient, focused and tenacious, you will have the ability to work to strict deadlines, have excellent supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience of working within the commercial and new build sector coupled with been a member of a professional construction body would e desirable, however is not essential.

Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be subject to a basic DBS check.
