We provide affordable homes and create opportunities that support people to build better lives. Today, we manage around 19,000 homes across the North West.

We aim to improve lives by:

• Providing quality housing and building new homes to help meet affordable housing needs.
• Delivering services that help people live well, including money advice, food and clothing initiatives, affordable warmth, and support into training and employment.
• Building safe, welcoming communities by tackling antisocial behaviour and supporting local groups.

How we make a difference
We go beyond housing. Our work includes community support through home adaptations, alarm services, volunteering, and wellbeing projects. We create economic opportunities with training, employment programmes, and partnerships that help people prosper.

New name, same commitment
From April 2026, we’ll be known as Be One Homes. This follows our merger with Arcon Housing Association in March 2024, which means around 4,000 of our customers now live outside Bolton. As we continue building and managing more affordable homes across the region, we need a name that represents all the communities we serve. Be One Homes reflects our values of accountability, inclusivity, and togetherness, while still honouring our Bolton roots through the “Be One” link to the postcode.
