GMHP is a unique partnership of 28 Registered Housing Providers, focused on better housing outcomes, bringing together our collective experience and expertise to creatively and collaboratively make a positive difference across the Greater Manchester city region.

We aim to deliver more, together, in the interests of the communities and tenants we serve. We work in partnership with Greater Manchester Combined Authority and NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care, as formal partners in our GM Tripartite Agreement. We are working closely with the Mayor of Greater Manchester in support of his ambition to solve the housing crisis in GM by 2038.

We work collaboratively in various ways, from commissioned service delivery programmes, formal joint ventures, and partnerships, to collective engagement with policymakers and improvement projects aimed at shaping and sharing best practice across our members and the wider sector.
