How we make a difference
We go beyond housing. Our work includes community support through home adaptations, alarm services, volunteering, and wellbeing projects. We create economic opportunities with training, employment programmes, and partnerships that help people prosper.

New name, same commitment
On 1 April 2026, we changed our name from Bolton at Home to Be One Homes. Our new name reflects a renewed commitment to delivering better homes, better services and a better everyday experience for the customers and communities we serve.

Since merging with Arcon Housing Association in 2024, we’ve grown. Today, we manage around 19,000 homes in Bolton and beyond, working closely with communities to help people feel safe, supported and proud of where they live.

Be One Homes represents the next step in that journey – bringing customers, colleagues and communities together as one, and making sure everyone experiences the same high standard of service.
