FCHO has as its purpose ‘improving lives in Oldham’. We are an anchor institution; owning and managing more than 11,700 homes, employing over 400 people, and spending around £20m each year locally.

We provide and manage housing – including social housing – but we do so much more. We help to care for and support our customers through a range of services designed to help improve people’s lives. Our focus is on delivering excellent landlord services, developing community resilience, regenerating neighbourhoods and building new homes.
