About The Regenda Group

The Regenda Group regenerates places and works with people to create the opportunities they need to thrive. We manager over 13,000 homes in Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. We offer a range of tenure and property types, which allow people to access quality affordable homes to suit their needs.

Affordable housing is our starting point, but we are a dynamic group of organisations doing very different things. We work in places where we can make a difference and operate across the housing and construction sector, in care and support, and in training and employment.

Every organisation in the Group wants to do the right thing for the people and places in which we work – and by being part of the Group we can see, and reach, so much further together. The Regenda Group is made up of Regenda Homes and its wholly-owned subsidiaries:

M&Y Maintenance and Construction – based in St. Helens, M&Y is dedicated to delivering high levels of repairs, maintenance and construction across the North West

Redwing – property agency specialising in sales and lettings, shared ownership, leasehold and apartment block management

McDonald Property Rentals – a subsidiary of Redwing Living, based in Lancashire

Petrus Community – a registered charity providing residential and day support services for people in housing need throughout the Borough of Rochdale, Oldham and Burnley as well as Housing First support in Bury and Bolton

The Learning Foundry – an education and training provider specialising in traineeships and apprenticeships in a wide range of business areas

Positive Footprints – an innovative company, based in Burnley, which develops career-based learning programmes

Centre 56 – a childcare provider, based in Liverpool, for women and children who have suffered, or are at risk of suffering domestic abuse

NCRC at Trafford Hall – A not for profit organisation, working to support the housing sector, partner organisations and communities to tackle issues at a local level
