GMHP Live Well Toolkit launching in Autumn 2026

GMHP will launch its new Live Well Toolkit in Autumn 2026, highlighting the vital role housing providers play in supporting healthier, more connected communities and demonstrating how housing contributes to the Live Well ambition across Greater Manchester.

The Toolkit will outline how housing-led approaches can help deliver early support, reduce inequalities and strengthen neighbourhoods, while highlighting the contribution of GMHP members as key anchor institutions working at the intersection of home, health and community.
